上证所今日发布公告称，由于2008年5月12日四川汶川地区发生强烈地震，上证所无法与在本所上市的四川、重庆上市公司取得联系。根据上证所《股票上市规则》第12.14条规定，决定自2008年5月13日起，对45家沪市上市公司的股票实施停牌，直至公司刊登公告后复牌。这个名单涵盖了所有在沪市上市的川渝公司。截至发稿，深交所尚未发布相关公告。两市川渝板块有近90家公司。
